While our team works diligently to process every order accurately and promptly, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This policy explains our refund and cancellation process clearly.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation Policy

If you notice an error in your booking details (vehicle number, type, address), please:

  1. Contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
  2. Send a cancellation request via WhatsApp or email with the subject: “number plates cancellation request”.

Orders reported after 4 hours will be processed as submitted, and cancellation will not be possible.

How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Ensure that 28 days have passed since booking and you have not received your plate.
  2. Send a refund request via email or WhatsApp including:
    • Order ID
    • Vehicle Registration Number
    • Proof of Payment or Receipt

Our support team will review your request and inform you about the next steps.
