While our team works diligently to process every order accurately and promptly, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This policy explains our refund and cancellation process clearly.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- If your number plate is not delivered within 28 days of successful booking.
- Refunds apply only if the number plate has not been produced or dispatched.
Cancellation Policy
If you notice an error in your booking details (vehicle number, type, address), please:
- Contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
- Send a cancellation request via WhatsApp or email with the subject: “number plates cancellation request”.
Orders reported after 4 hours will be processed as submitted, and cancellation will not be possible.
How to Apply for a Refund
To request a refund:
- Ensure that 28 days have passed since booking and you have not received your plate.
- Send a refund request via email or WhatsApp including:
- Order ID
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Proof of Payment or Receipt
Our support team will review your request and inform you about the next steps.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds processed within 21 business days.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
- Refund reflection may take up to 7 additional days depending on bank/payment provider.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
- Booking errors not reported within 4 hours.
- User unavailability for delivery or installation.
- Duplicate bookings made by mistake.
- If the plate has already been produced, dispatched, or installed.
